Kesar Shrikhand Recipe- श्रीखंड केशर बदाम पिस्ता

This sweet treat from the sweethearts of Maharashtra is one of the most sureshot ways to chill in the heat. Made with a curd base, this traditional sweetened and saffron flavoured yoghurt is sure to bring in lot of smiles around the dinner table

Ingredients

500 gm-Dahi (Curd)
10-15 strands-Kesar (Saffron)
1/2 tsp-Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder
2-3 tbsp-chopped finely Mixed Dried Fruits (ALMONDS,KAJU,KISMIS) 
1 cup Grinded Sugar
