Ingredients




Boiled potatoes 
Green chillies, finely chopped 
Ginger, finely chopped
Black pepper powder 
Coriander leaves chopped 
Cumin [jeera] seeds
Sendha namak [rock salt]
Kuttu ka atta [buck wheat flour] 

METHOD

1-Make a semi-thick batter with kuttu flour, pepper powder and salt using enough water.

2-Peel and coarsely mash potatoes and keeps aside.

3-Heat 2tbsp of ghee in a pan crackles cumin seeds, add green chillies and ginger sauté for few seconds.

4-Add potatoes stir-cook for 2minutes, remove from the fire, add coriander leaves, salt .Mix well and keep aside to cool.

5-Heat ghee in a kadhai to deep fry, divide the mixture into 12 equal parts, shape them into balls. Dip each ball in batter and deep fry on medium flame till crispy.

6-Drain them on absorbent paper and serve with green chutney
