Ingredients for Matar Malai Masala Recipe


1 Bowl of green peas
2 tablespoon fresh cream (malai)
1 onion cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon ginger grated
1 tablespoon garlic cut into small pieces
2 tablespoon refined oil
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coriander powder
salt to taste
Red chilli to taste
1 table spoon Curd
3/4 spoon of turmeric powder
coriander leaves for garnish
